Bouquets

A bouquet is a named set of groups, for example "Sport" or "Family". Put customers on a bouquet and they can watch exactly its groups. Change the bouquet later, and every customer on it changes with it. Follow these steps to make one and use it.

Make a bouquet

1. Open Bouquets: Open the playlist, click Tools in the top bar of the editor, then Bouquets… under Customers.
2. Start a new one: Click New and type a name, for example "Sport".
3. Tick the groups: Click Channels, Movies or Series and tick the groups this bouquet holds.
4. Done: It saves by itself. The list shows each bouquet with its groups and how many customers are on it.

Put customers on a bouquet

• Many at once: Pick the customers in the customer list and click Group access. Click Use a bouquet and pick one. More in Group access for many customers.
• One customer: Open the customer and click What they can watch. Pick the bouquet at the top of the window.

Good to know

• A customer on a bouquet shows its name as a small badge in the customer list.
• Tick or untick a group by hand on one customer, and that customer becomes Custom: they keep their groups and stop following the bouquet.
• Delete a bouquet, and its customers keep the groups they have. They become Custom.
• New groups from your provider: when a bouquet holds every group of a type (all movies, for example), a new group of that type joins the bouquet. Otherwise a new group stays out of it.
