Announcements
Sometimes the M3UTool team has news for every reseller, for example planned maintenance or a change you should know about. Such a message shows as a bar across the top of the editor, so you see it as soon as you sign in. This page explains the bar and how to close it.
What you see
- A violet bar with an i icon: information, for example a new feature or a planned change.
- An orange bar with a warning sign: something that needs your attention, for example maintenance tonight.
The bar stays at the top while you work in the editor. It can also disappear by itself when the message is no longer current.
Close a message
- Read it: Read the message in the bar at the top of the editor.
- Close it: Click the × at the right end of the bar.
The message stays closed in this browser. When the M3UTool team sends a new message, the bar comes back with it.
Note: Closing works per browser. On another computer or browser, the same message shows until you close it there too.

- Payment issue: An orange bar that says your subscription lapsed. Click it to open Plan & billing. More in Plan and billing.
